Today is Tuesday the 22nd. Left for my ride at 10am with a goal of getting to Bartlett lake and head back home. The road to Bartlett Dam is a 13 mile up and down rolly semi-quiet road suited for bikes. When I made it to the marina, there were some bikers there munching on doughnuts or something. They were from Mn and we headed back up the climb together. Going pretty slow, they said I could take off anytime. I was just visting with them for a bit and then slowly pulled away at a wopping 9mph. So in the end- a 5+ hr ride at 85 miles. A 15.7avg.

Tomorrow is a local crit in Phoenix. I dont have a car, so I would have to somehow get there. Might not work out. The 3 day ride this weekend is going to be hot and long. Not sure if would be good training or not. I am still thinking about it. I need to get the upper hand to BikeHero.

The small towns of Carefree and CaveCreek were little towns I visted for a malt and went to a small Bikeshop.

Earth day: drive nothing, buy nothing, dont watch TV and plant something.
