I think I needed some miles since BUCK HILL on TH was a dud. Got a flat on the first lap and then left the scene. Saturday I met Ray Coyle @ Dunn Bros and we went south to
Sunday was the first MNSCS race at
The race was a fast 5 lapper with little climbing, a sinking mud pit and some fast single track. I sort of raced like I normally do by starting a little back and making my way to the front. Nothing too exciting about the race really. Just pretty fast and intense for most of it. I caught a group on the last lap but didnt have the final punch to pass any of them at the finish. I am happy with my result and look forward to the Cable Classic next Saturday.
Hollywood Cycles/SilverCycing had a great showing. Sam and Eric Oftedahl were 4/5 overall. Hwood was 10th, I was 17th. Mark Kowalia won his age group. Tim Branvold was FIRST in Comp! Jake Richards did awesome in Comp too.
Thanks Kristy for water handoffs. SWANSON won.
Happy mothers day!
